This page explains what we do with the information you choose to share with the practice of Dr. Alejandro Quiroz. We keep it short and we keep it honest.

What we collect

When you complete the consultation questionnaire, you send us contact details and health information so the surgeon can plan and quote accurately. That includes:

• Contact details: your first and last name, email, and mobile phone with its country code.
• Profile: your gender, date of birth, and the procedures you are considering.
• Health information: your height and weight, number of pregnancies, whether you smoke, your history of disease and illness, your allergies, your previous surgeries, and what you expect from surgery.
• Your consent to be contacted.

The short contact form collects only your name, email, phone, what you are considering, and an optional message. In both cases our systems also record standard technical details of the submission, such as the page you sent it from, any campaign parameters in the link you followed, the time, and your browser type. The site uses cookieless analytics, which counts visits without identifying you.

How we use it

To review your case before we speak, to arrange your photo review and phone or video consultation with Dr. Quiroz, to prepare an itemized quote, and to coordinate care if you decide to proceed. We contact you only through the channels you allow us: phone, text, iMessage, or email.

How it is shared

What you submit is sent through an automation service to the practice’s patient-coordination system, where a coordinator works your case, and a copy is kept in a private practice spreadsheet as a backup so that no request is ever lost. It is handled only by the practice and the coordination tools it runs on. It is never sold, and it is never shared for advertising.
